What is the minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is $275 inc GST.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments online or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  If sending payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) please ensure you notify accounts of your customer number with a remittance.

What is your payment terms?

All online orders require immediate payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

For seasonal products, we take $0 deposit when you place the order, the invoice will need to be paid before delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

Our main courier is Sendle. But we may use other delivery method depend on the size and weight of the items you purchase.

What is the delivery charge?

We deliver Australia wide with very competitive freight rates. The freight rate depend on the weight, size and destination of your order. For more information, please review our Shipping Policy.

What to do if items damaged on delivery?

We always pack and handle items with care, however, items occasionally do get damaged in transit. If you find some of your stock is damaged on arrival, please be sure to report it in writing within 7 days of delivery. Email it to: sales@ceimarchristmas.com.au.
